奶油芝士焗土豆泥

       一直喜欢吃芝士碎的各种焗，网购了一包的马苏里拉奶酪芝士碎，来做个焗土豆泥。把各种食材准备好，锅内放点油（黄油最好）把玉米粒、胡萝卜粒、彩椒粒、香肠粒炒香备用，土豆削皮切片隔水蒸熟压成土豆泥，加入少许牛奶、胡椒粉，把炒好食材一起拌匀抹平，表面均匀洒上奶酪芝士条，放微波炉高火5分钟，一碗热气腾腾的奶香焗土豆泥开吃了，满勺的拉丝https://app.maidi.me/public/emotion/face_025.png
