端午假期又是吃货的节日(ω)

    端午节本来就有五子吃，最近学做面点有点着迷了https://app.maidi.me/public/emotion/face_044.png可能也是想吃面包，动手做吧。今天尝试着用烤箱和电饭煲两种不同的工具。发面的做法不再细说，可看我上帖有具体流程，这次卷的是肉松，再用小刀面胚上划出几条道道，二次醒发后刷上蛋黄液，撒上点芝麻，分别放入烤箱和电饭煲(锅内刷层食用油，按下煮饭键)，出炉的面包感觉电饭煲做出的更松软，我家的小烤箱是买电器赠品，没啥功能，就一个加热档不可以调温，火力太大面包皮烤焦了点https://app.maidi.me/public/emotion/face_048.png但香味更浓郁点，除了皮硬了点，内芯还是不错的https://app.maidi.me/public/emotion/face_074.png结论是电饭煲做出的面包完胜烤箱做的...当早餐还是妥妥滴https://app.maidi.me/public/emotion/face_025.png
