美味紫薯芝士酥(ω)

      一个人的晚餐我是不愿炒菜，随便弄点填饱肚子就好。今晚尝试做个紫薯芝士酥，之前看了别人做的教程视频，感觉蛮简单。提前买了蛋挞皮冻在冰箱，一直没空做。把蛋挞皮拿出解冻，将紫薯切片蒸熟压泥加点白糖拌匀揉团，芝士条解冻揉团，紫薯包芝士团，最后把蛋挞皮揭下包上紫薯揉圆放回锡纸壳，表面刷点蛋黄液，撒几颗黑芝麻点缀，烤箱预热5分钟，上下火烤10分钟左右，香喷喷的紫薯芝士酥出炉https://app.maidi.me/public/emotion/face_011.png下班到家6点，折腾7点半才吃上晚饭，配碗蛋羹和贝贝板栗南瓜，完美https://app.maidi.me/public/emotion/face_007.png
