做了回像样的肉松面包,嘻嘻嘻……

      揉光滑后放入盆中盖保鲜膜等面发酵,接着准备夹心的馅料肉松和沙拉酱,切点香葱撒面层增加风味,6寸模具内壁刷点黄油。50分钟发酵好的面团按压排气,用擀面杖擀成半厘米厚的面饼,分割成小块,模具底层铺一层面饼,用裱花袋挤一圈沙拉酱再铺层肉松,接着铺一层面饼反复2次,最后面层再撒点香葱,盖上保鲜膜温水上二次发酵20分钟,烤箱180度30分钟。香喷喷的肉松面包出炉了,松软咸香,尝一口葱香四溢,还想吃第二口https://app.maidi.me/public/emotion/face_025.png

把加了黄油的面团放案板上,像搓揉衣服样使劲揉10来分钟就可以出膜。
